The Sandu Sui autonomous county in Guizhou province has developed the "Guizhou Village Horse" brand by fusing ethnic culture with the horse business, drawing on a long history of horse breeding and a unique equestrian culture.

贵州省三都自治县通过聚焦资源、客源、服务“三大要素”，依托养马历史悠久、马文化底蕴深厚的基础，把民族特色文化与马产业融合作为推动三都旅游产业化进行重点发展，精心创建培育“贵州村马”品牌。

The public participates in horse races routinely hosted by the county, such as the Village Horse Racing Competition and the Duanjie Horse Racing Invitational Tournament.

依托水族群众爱马、喜欢骑马、崇尚赛马传统民俗，以节假日为契机，组织开展端节赛马邀请赛。

The "Guizhou Village Horse" initiative has encouraged a fusion of sports and cultural events with tourism, becoming a major engine for the growth of high-quality tourism in Sandu.

During the holiday season, 356 racehorses and more than 200 riders participated in the region's 23 regular weekend horse races and 30 national horse races. Additionally, exhibitions of Sui tribal folk culture were integrated into the races, creating a unique tourism experience that combined races, festivals and ethnic culture.

截至目前，举办全国性赛马比赛30场次，常态化周六赛马活动23场，有356匹赛马200余名骑手参赛。

充分利用水族文化资源，围绕“贵州村马”主题，将贵州村马赛事与水族重大节日（端节）的端节赛马、端宴、民族文化展示等深度融合，今年仅国庆节期间接待游客超35万人次，同比增长14.09%；旅游综合收入近2.4亿元，同比增长19.36%。
